Buonasera! (Kitchen time TWO nights in a row, wow!) This evening, Grilled Pork Chops…brushed with a marinade of Olive Oil (Ferrari Organic Koroneiki), Garlic, Rosemary, Tarragon, Red Pepper & Ferrari 18-year old Bergamot Orange/Lime Balsamic (this stuff truly rocks my world). In short, FANTASTICO!!! Seriously, you’ve got to visit Alex & Maricruz Ferrari’s new store. The possiblities are limited only …
