PPH reflects cost of food, preparation & presentation, wait/kitchen staff (2) and clean up. Out-of-pocket costs associated with additional staffing (other than noted/agreed to), full-service bar, flowers, party rentals (e.g. plates, flatware, linens, area heaters) were incremental and paid directly to the vendor(s) by host.
* The client opted to have the caterer arrange for /manage the incremental elements listed above (excluding liquor/mixers, flowers, valet). Said items/services were billed at net cost. A flat service fee of $300 applied to cover research, set up and/or travel time accrued by the caterer.
